Gentle Vinyasa Flow - Weekly Yoga
Has there ever been a better time to practice some yoga?
Join Katie every Thursday evening in November for a gentle Vinyasa yoga practice. The class will be suitable for all levels and beginners are welcome.
The classes will take place over Zoom at 7.30pm for an hour. To book your place over the next few weeks, simply click on the date / dates on Eventbrite you want to attend, and it's totally free! The Zoom link will be emailed to you on the day, two hours before the class.
About Katie:
Katie has been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching for two, after completing her yoga teacher training with The House of Yoga in London. Katie's love of yoga grew from a knee injury that halted her ever promising GAA career and forced her to get on the mat instead. What you can expect from her classes is a space to let go of the outside world, to have fun and relax.
Dates: every Thursday from November 5th. 7.30pm to 8:30pm
